Trevor Folley is a coach and trainer with 30 years of experience in the field of education. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming and has an ILM Level 7, post-graduate diploma in executive coaching. NLP’s insights into how language shapes understanding and potential combine with a deep appreciation that success comes through working alongside individuals to help them clarify their vision and facilitated their desired change.
Trevor’s roles have included Head of Performing Arts in a large secondary school, Essex Adviser for pupil motivation and behaviour, Personalisation & Progression Adviser with The National Strategies and Director for Coaching Services at Linden Learning.
He is a member of The Association for Coaching and his current coaching clients include leaders from schools situated in Cambridgeshire, Surrey, Suffolk, Kent, and across London. He has delivered training for Unicef UK, The Active Learning Trust, The NLP Academy, Success Factor (Gothenburg), Best Practice Network, many Local authorities and a range of small business enterprises. Trevor is fascinated by the power of language and communication to motivate ourselves and others. It can change our relationships with our experience and help us remain resourceful even in challenging times.
