Jane Cook has 25 years of mentoring, coaching and leadership experience in education and the arts, including as a headteacher and national education advisor. She is now a full time coach and coach trainer working mostly in education and the arts. A more detailed bio of Jane can be found here. ​

Lucy Timmons
Well-being Lead & Coach

Lucy Timmons is a qualified ILM level 7 executive coach and education consultant.  She has 20 years’ experience in education up to and including executive head teacher level. Lucy trained as an actor at Oxford School of Drama after which she went on to be part of a number of incredible projects including roles in the Channel 4 drama ‘Southcliffe’ directed by Sean Durkin and in the film ‘Pride’ directed by Matthew Warchus.


Lucy’s dual competency, knowledge and experience as an educator and actor have led seamlessly into her training and accreditation as a full-time professional coach. She works closely with leaders, teams and groups namely in the education, arts and international aid sectors. Lucy coaches school leaders in both national and international settings. Lucy is a member of the Association for Coaching and truly believes in the power of learning and developing collaboratively in a space that is both challenging, humorous, non-judgemental and safe.

Executive/senior management workplace issues, interview coaching, managing conflict, stress and time, and other life-balance quandaries are particular areas of interest. An excellent communicator, she has over 20 years of management and board-level experience.

Nick is a Level 7 Advanced Executive Coach and former school senior leader with experience of mainstream, SEN and independent settings.  Nick specialises in coaching Headteachers and school leaders of all levels, supporting with the daily pressures of leadership, providing an impartial and confidential space in which to offload.  Nick also conducts behaviour-trait personality psychometric assessments and delivers training on difficult conversations, wellbeing and professionalism.

Anne uses her leadership experience of 12 years as a Nursery School Head teacher and 25 years of leading multi- professional teams in the field of special education to support leaders in educational and other settings.

Performance and presentation skills specialist

Dinah Stabb has been a professional actress since 1970. She has been a member of the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company and has extensive TV credits. She uses the skills from that craft in her coaching and performance practice, helping clients to feel at home in the performance space when speaking to an audience, large or small or in an interview or assessment situation
As a Performance coach she offers her clients strategies to learn to enjoy speaking in public, ways to deal with nerves, how to structure a talk to make it as accessible as possible and to feel at ease and relaxed when delivering it in
an engaging and compelling way whether in person or remotely. Her work is playful and designed to enable clients from all professions and walks of life to feel authentic and empowered.

John is Director of Leadership coaching and Assistant Principal at The Regis School, Executive coach, educational consultant and trainer. He holds a Level 7 Diploma in Executive coaching and mentoring and a Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management.

Through coaching, he supports people to vision their goals, empowering change and growth. He believes that this can only be achieved through building authentic relationships based upon mutual trust, developing rapport and establishing a positive human connection.

He works with head teachers and senior leaders in a range of organisations, particularly within education, the arts, and charity sectors. With his background in the performing arts, he responds to clients creatively, often using a strengths-based approach to unlock their resourcefulness. Jane Booth, MA FHEA BMus LRAM, is a career development coach.  She writes, "I coach leaders, often in the fields of Education and or Performing Arts, to uncover unique and personal solutions to the dilemnas and challenges they face.  Guided by my questioning and responsive listening, my clients discover their own solutions."

Ruth is an experienced executive coach, working with leaders in education.  She holds an MA from Pen Green in integrated centre leadership with children and families. Recently a Head teacher of a large maintained nursery school and children's centre, her particular success is in motivating teams and creating a strong learning community. She teaches on the Leading Progress course and can offer bespoke training and development in early years.  Ruth has also worked as an Early Years Advisor and is currently part of the Peer Review team for Local Authorities.

Colin is an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner, currently with 27 coachees on a one-to-one basis.

He is the Suffolk regional EMCC co-ordinator leading and supporting other coaches in their development.

Colin’s purpose is to empower people to be the hero of their own story. He coaches the whole person, so enables them to review their purpose, values, strengths & energisers for the coachees to understand themselves clearly.  Colin has a speciality in anxiety coaching and helps coaches identify the root of their anxiety and dial it down to make their work more satisfying.
