Jane Cook has 25 years of mentoring, coaching and leadership experience in education and the arts, including as a headteacher and national education advisor. She is now a full time coach and coach trainer working mostly in education and the arts. A more detailed bio of Jane can be found here.
Trevor Folley is a ILM Level 7 accredited executive coach with 25 years experience in the field of education. He is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming and an approved trainer with the International Training Academy of NLP. A more detailed bio of Trevor can be found here.
Jane Booth, MA FHEA BMus LRAM, is a career development coach. She writes, "I coach leaders, often in the fields of Education and or Performing Arts, to uncover unique and personal solutions to the dilemnas and challenges they face. Guided by my questioning and responsive listening, my clients discover their own solutions."
Pat Joseph is a teacher, social worker, coach and project manager with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects to exceptionally high standard. She uses flexible and creative methods to support the growth and development of others.
Executive/senior management workplace issues, interview coaching, managing conflict, stress and time, and other life-balance quandaries are particular areas of interest. An excellent communicator, she has over 20 years of management and board-level experience.
Ruth is an experienced executive coach, working with leaders in education. She holds an MA from Pen Green in integrated centre leadership with children and families. Recently a Head teacher of a large maintained nursery school and children's centre, her particular success is in motivating teams and creating a strong learning community. She teaches on the Leading Progress course and can offer bespoke training and development in early years. Ruth has also worked as an Early Years Advisor and is currently part of the Peer Review team for Local Authorities.
Angela is an enthusiastic, creative, well-qualified and experienced coach who believes passionately in the power of coaching to develop potential and enhance the performance of individual leaders, managers and their teams.
With over twenty years' experience of leadership in education as a manager, adviser, trainer, inspector and consultant, Angela draws on a wide range of tools, techniques and models, when working with her clients to raise awareness and develop new skills.
Anne is a qualified ILM level 7 executive coach with over 5 years of coaching experience. Anne uses her leadership experience of 12 years as a Nursery School Head teacher and 25 years of leading multi- professional teams in the field of special education to support leaders in educational and other settings.
Nick Cromwell is a highly skilled and qualified Master Executive Coach, Consultant, Facilitator and Coaching Supervisor. He is skilled at enabling professionals to achieve their full potential both in personal development and business performance.

Carlos Lopez Real
As a musician and composer, I work with people in many creative ways and this is a cornerstone of my coaching approach. Working as a musician and an educator with a background in psychology, Jo’s work over the past 25 years has taken her into schools, concert halls, recording studios, prisons, hospitals, banks, government departments and many other community and corporate settings.
Liz has been coaching for over a decade and has considerable experience working with senior leaders. She is passionate about facilitating positive change in individuals, teams and organisations and is particularly interested in working with
people during transition, as they take on more senior roles or as they seek the next challenge.
Trudy’s extensive international experience and cross-cultural understanding closely informs her work, both as a personal/professional development coach and as a consultant. She is passionate about working with individuals and teams to help them identify their values, strengths and inner qualities in order to achieve greater agency and improved outcomes in their professional and personal lives.
