In partnership with the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, we offer a coaching training programme that provides a dynamic blend of theory and practice, and is highly interactive. Training is delivered by ourselves as the specialist coaching provider.
Guildhall School work with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as our chosen accreditation partner offering a developmental pathway towards recognised incremental levels of practice and experience. Delegates on our courses may choose to apply for Individual Accreditation of their achievements with the EMCC.

This course is a 3 day foundation level course, EMCC accredited core skills in coaching and mentoring. This course, usually spread across three months, is aimed at and tailored to staff who work as advisors, teachers and mentors.
For Leaders and Managers
This course is a 3 day foundation level course, EMCC accredited core skills in coaching and mentoring. The course will empower you to ask powerful questions that create new thinking and give feedback that is heard and acted upon – developing employees and creating a culture of positive engagement in your organisation. Usually spread across three months, is aimed at and tailored to staff who work as advisors, teachers and mentors.
For Peer Coaches
This 3-day course is a 3 day foundation level course, EMCC accredited core skills in coaching and mentoring - typically spread across four months the course is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their impact within a professional environment. Led by one of our experienced coaching associates, the course will help you to improve your resourcefulness and problem solving, and give you a new perspective on your role, how you work with others and how you approach your work.
This is a specialist pathway for executive coaches - an integrated programme of training for Senior Executives wanting to make a step change in their career into Executive Coaching. Led by our Senior Coaches, Jenny Rogers and Jane Cook, their combined experience brings decades of successful Executive Coaching experience into focus across the breadth of the programmme.
Post foundation practitioner level training. Building on our Foundation in Coaching & Mentoring at the Guildhall School, the Guildhall Practitioner training adds breadth and depth to the toolkit of the Coach & Mentor. Our training programme allows for a fluid transition from the work of the Foundation level course and starts with a 3-day intensive Advanced Skills and Practice course.
Continuing Professional Development
Guildhall Coaching Associates offer continuing professional development and group supervision or peer supervision for coaches looking to build, challenge and expand their practice. Drawing on the unique expertise of our Associates, on research and knowledge developed from our own creative environments and from the experience of our roster of international guest speakers, the Guildhall professional development programme is ideal for Coaches working in the Arts, Education and Charity sectors.
