Steps
1.
Invite the coachee to reflect on how satisfied they are with each area on the wheel
2.
Ask them to mark each area out of 10 (where 10 is perfect and 0 is the worst they can imagine)
3.
Invite them to reflect on what they notice
4.
They then identify the area they want to improve
5.
Elicit from them what 'score' is a realistic, next step, target
6.
7.
Ask them to describe what would be different at this next step
