A structured session involving 3 colleagues, with similar roles, from same or different organisations. - Each colleague brings an issue/focus to be worked on - Each colleague leaves with practical approaches for addressing the issue Each session is 2.5 hours and a typical programme includes 3 sessions Individual sessions £325+VAT (One triad in a day) £300+VAT (Two triads in a day) 3 session package £900+VAT (One triad in a day) £800+VAT (Two triads in a day)
