Middle Leaders have a vital role in providing a bridge between the operational and strategic performance of an organisation. They are often aspiring senior leaders and coaching can facilitate the deep reflection needed to take their skills to the next level. 5 x 90 minutes sessions (typically each 4-8 weeks but through discussion with coachee) £1350/£1050*+VAT (Price per person) £1250/£1010*+VAT (Rate for two people being coached on the same day) £1210/£975*+VAT (Rate for three people being coached on the same day) *20% discount for individuals working within charitable, educational or arts-based organisations
