The first session focuses on strengthening the three foundations of an effective leadership team: - Common vision - Shared responsibility - Trust Subsequent sessions build on this to focus on the strategic planning and effective operation of the leadership team's members and will be tailored to the needs of the organisation. All sessions are 3 hours Individual sessions £350+VAT 3 session package £950+VAT
